The scenic area shall formulate an annual training plan to provide comprehensive training on knowledge and other related knowledge for management and service personnel, and each employee shall establish a training file. The company also provides training to employees on scenic area environment, service quality, safety, tour guide, hygiene, environmental protection, statistics, and other aspects according to the needs of each position.
