On November 3, 2024, the 2024 Colorful Yunnan Gryffindor Cycling Festival Tengchong Station will be held grandly in Tengchong. According to the event schedule, the long-distance group (113KM) will pass through the Dongshan Grassland Scenic Area. In order to ensure the smooth holding of the competition and create a safe, orderly, and smooth road traffic environment, Dongshan Grassland Scenic Area will implement full day park closure management, and traffic control will be implemented on sections of the Dongshan Grassland Scenic Area. Details are as follows:

Controlled time periods and road sections

Involving the section of Dongshan Grassland Scenic Area

11: From 30 to 14:00, temporary traffic control will be implemented on the left lane of National Highway G556 Zhenrui Line (from Jinma Zhongyun Roundabout to Dongshan Caochang South Road), while small motor vehicles will be allowed to pass in both directions on the right lane, and large trucks will be prohibited from passing through.

11: From 40 to 15:30, temporary traffic control will be implemented along the entire road of Dongshan Grassland Scenic Area (from the south intersection to the north gate).

12: From 20:55 to 15:55, temporary traffic control will be implemented along the entire Laobaoteng Road (from the north gate of Dongshan Grassland to Dongsheng Road).

Regulatory content and requirements

（1） During the traffic control period, it is strictly prohibited for any vehicles (including cars, motorcycles, electric vehicles, bicycles, tractors, animal drawn carts, etc.), personnel, or livestock other than racing work vehicles and personnel to enter the controlled roads.

（2） During the traffic control period, it is strictly prohibited for any unit or individual to occupy the controlled road and engage in any activities unrelated to the event.

（3） The traffic control methods shall be based on on-site staff command and warning signs, detour warning signs, cones, warning tapes (colored tapes), etc.

Detour reminder

（1） Due to the needs of the competition, temporary traffic control roads and time periods will have an impact on the travel of people and vehicles along the way. Some sections and nodes are expected to cause traffic congestion. Please make travel arrangements in advance, avoid traffic control sections and time periods, choose detours as needed or wait for the end of control to pass in sequence, and obey the instructions of on-site staff. Strictly follow road traffic safety laws and regulations for passage.

（2） Due to the needs of the competition, temporary traffic control roads and time periods will prohibit the passage of large trucks. During the traffic control period, drivers of large trucks are requested to make travel arrangements in advance, avoid traffic control sections and time periods, choose reasonable detours as needed or wait for the end of the control to pass in sequence, and obey the instructions of on-site staff, strictly following road traffic safety laws and regulations.

（3） Vehicles and personnel who need to cross the track during traffic control will be granted clearance by on-site staff depending on the situation. The public security traffic management department and on-site staff will take timely measures such as diversion, restriction of passage, and prohibition of passage based on the progress of the event and the actual situation of traffic management.
